Services

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy is based on the theories of psychoanalysis, exploring past experiences and unresolved conflicts, particularly those stemming from childhood, to understand current issues. It is useful for a broad range of issues, including depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

A specialized form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) developed to treat conditions involving emotional dysregulation. It combines cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Particularly useful for borderline personality disorder, chronic suicidal ideation, self-harm, and severe emotional dysregulation.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

CPT is a structured, time-limited therapy that focuses on helping individuals process and resolve trauma-related thoughts and emotions. CPT focuses on identifying and challenging maladaptive beliefs and thoughts related to trauma. Primarily used to treat PTSD, especially in individuals who have experienced traumatic events such as combat, sexual assault, or natural disasters.
